It seems as if architecture would be the world agreed that the Bilbao Effect brings you on the little time and sends out the wrong signal. In This article is mainly to Spain, and Others, because no other country has pursued this strategy so assiduously. We find, however, such examples in every country that counts itself among the global players.
I agree that the great economic crisis, this movement has slowed down slightly but, despite generally sound management of financial resources, physical Resources and needs, and despite the unanimity of the architecture industry, that such "Viagra Urbanism" is a big waste of construction is still very much attraction architecture that do not follow the normal laws and standards of architecture and urban planning needs (Gehry Basel, Ordos HdM, Hadid Opera Dubai ...). Why?
