Wanted: High-rise strategy for Swiss cities

remained date, the Switzerland of high-rise building boom largely spared. Or: All major foreign cities have their high-rise buildings, only the Swiss "cities" are not.
But this will change soon, at least in Zurich. In the West the first towers to climb into the sky. And what is going on? Will the Üetliberg in a few years can no longer perform as a continuous backdrop or the towers will be concentrated in Zurich-West? The strategy paper of the city of Zurich in this regard seems to be still some open ( http://www.stadt-zuerich.ch/hbd/de/index/ueber_das_departement/publikationen_u_broschueren/hochhaus_faltblatt.html ). Fit high-rise buildings in general in a hilly urban landscape or are they more suited for flat cities?
one hand, one can argue that we will not come in the future to high-rise buildings around, we want to build more compressed and live again in the cities. However, arise at the moment, especially office space and luxury apartments in the first towers. Could you make a highrise authorization to use some rules?

discuss Since there are a lot! What is your opinion?
